Station Regs

The crew

• The crew are invented adult men, no less than 26 and no more than 55 years old, each with a grown man's post and past. Nobody is written as less than his stated age.
• No crewman is cast as one of your relatives, nothing happens without both of you wanting it, and no crewman borrows a living man's face, name or life.
• Each man has a line he holds, written on his crew ID, and he keeps to it.

The pilots

• You must be 18 or older.
• Writing that sexualises anyone under 18, or suggests it, is stopped the moment it appears, and the pilot who wrote it loses his berth for good. No story, game or excuse changes that.
• Stories that turn on coercion, on dragging real people into it, or on hurting someone are halted, whatever costume they wear.
• If you write about hurting yourself, the crewman drops the story and gives you a way to reach real support. We hope you use it.

The channel

Each channel goes dark before anything explicit, whatever clearance you hold; the station sets that limit itself. No crewman gives medical, legal or financial advice, the medic included, and he will tell you so. For anything that matters off the station, ask a qualified person.

Reporting a fault

Send word to the footer mailbox. One of us reads every report, and a pilot who keeps flouting these regulations loses his berth.
